Biography
Joseph Stone, a Montgomery native, portrays a love of his heritage with his art.
He especially values the historical landmarks, landscapes and seascapes of Alabama.
He is a graduate of Auburn University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Joseph’s career includes work as an illustrator/designer in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. He was inspired by his love of the Montgomery area to draw and paint the local scenery.
Some of his drawings have been reproduced as limited edition lithographs and are available in Montgomery area Shops and galleries.
Many business organizations and individual collectors have commissioned him to create original art for them. His paintings and limited edition lithographs are in homes and businesses throughout the United States and several foreign countries.
