Biography
Donna Pate is a local artist in central Alabama’s River Region.
Naturally gifted and self-taught, Donna enjoys oil painting, working in colored pencil, and sketching.
Artist Statement
I have loved drawing and painting for as long as I can remember.
Though I’ve had no formal training, I’ve learned much from my favorite artists by reading whatever they publish and studying their work. These days, I concentrate mostly on oil painting, but also enjoy working in colored pencil and just sketching.
